I've had some weird issues where some of our customers are unable to connect from behind a firewall to FTP. The weird thing is that the same customer was able to connect from the same comp/setup to one of our raq 3's before we moved him to a raq 4.

I've seen this happen a half dozzen other times, but never found a cure. Any help would be great!!

Does he use the passive mode?

He tried turning on passave mode but still gets the same error.
