I am currently with hostrocket, but have been very unhappy with their service and am looking to change. I thought I had found a winner with Aletiahosting, but they do not allow game-monitoring scripts. I have not ruled them out (excellent rep and good prices), but want to investigate other options that would allow me to run my scripts.

I would like to be able to run Counter-Strike monitoring scripts (csserverstat - http://server.counter-strike.net/csserverstat/) and possibly a stats gathering script (http://www.hlstats.org). Neither of these should cause much server load, but it seems that there's a stigma attached to these kind of scripts, and many hosts won't allow them.

So, I'm looking for a host that will allow me to run these, cost about $10/mo, and have the following features:

-200+ meg space
-5gig transfer
-static IP
-php, cgi, mysql
-ssi
-unlimited pop3/email aliases
-telnet/ssh access
-control panel
-subdomains

Any suggestions?

I think you ought to find out how much CPU load that script uses (or whatever you can find out about it) and post it so that the hosts here will know what to expect
