I am looking for someone to complete a project for me.

Here are the details -

A website practically the same as Nixers.com.

Must have a employer login - must be registered to post jobs.
Potential employees do not need to log in.

Index page contain list of different catagories (again, similar to Nixers.com)

Jobs are stored in a database.

Can select jobs by category, can view all jobs, new jobs (say, last week), and can search for jobs.

Must use PHP/MySQL.

The HTML and code must be clean and easy to maintain.

Please give me your quotes and estimated timeframe.

$400 , $200 upfront and $200 at the end of the 2 weeks max developing time.
