Hello,
I own a hosting company, and I'm having what I believe is a DNS problem with my cPanel servers. Whenever I attempt to access my site, it's either down, or one of my subdomains, or my email, or my ftp, or all of them are down. I'm really getting tired of this, it's not happening to any of my customers, but it's driving me insane!

You should probably check:
- the zone of your main domain (www.dnsreport.com)
- the A record existence for your host name
- A records for your nameservers
- resolv.conf file

Meh, those seem to be all OK.

Have you recently upgraded WHM/CPanel ? Try to restart CPanel (service cpanel stop and service cpanel start).
Check nameserverips
Check if the zone file isn't on another server.
What have you done until now ? It will allow to avoid telling things you already did.

The ns IP's are fine, because parts of the site work sometimes, and other parts don't work sometimes, lol.
Uhm.. I'm doing a complete reboot of all my servers right now, thank god for metal and robots :P Otherwise it'd take me an hour to reboot... anyways.. .I did upgrade cPanel, but I'm not sure if I've done a datacenter reboot within the past few days. Nope, still not working after the reboot. Maybe another check for any upgrades? Nope, didn't help. Any other ideas? It seems like it's always my main domain, email, and ftp working, or none of that working and my subdomains will work. Make sense?
