I was in an intense search about a year ago for a new reseller provider. I went through many choices and had some communication with quite a few providers. About 8 months ago, I finally decided on Cybershouts.net. We got off to a little bit of a rocky start, but since the first 2 weeks, everything has been great.

People come on this board and are so quick to bash or talk negative about a provider. That's fine, this is the forum to do so. But, I also think it's good to give a little positive support when it's deserved.

I give a lot of credit to Cybershouts.net. They seem to really know what they are doing. They have been very responsive to my support issues and have been very accomodating. As long as I am always getting what I pay for, I'm happy.

I recommend them highly. I was on here 8 months ago giving them a little grief, and I am on here again giving credit where credit is due. Good job!

Thanks for sharing your experience with us, this will undoubtedly help future prospective customers. I considered them about a year ago but went with another host instead.
