we would like to pay USD25 every month for high experience system who knowledge in windows2003 with hostingcontroller

at the beginning period you may have lot of install and config job
mail, dns, ftp
security patch
.net framework
something like this
hostingcontroller has been install already but their stuffs who install HC are not good as my expectation.

after the beginning period you may need to patch the server or check the system stabality

i know this is small money for some country but windows server has little job after the beginning period so please consider.
