Ok - I am a reseller for a co that im not gonna mention but their policy is to have 30 day notice for server cancellation. This applys to the resellers of their dedicated servers as well. One would think that resellers would be more exempt from this. Starting out reselling dedicated servers isnt cheap and most customers I talk to balk at the mention of 1st/last payment up front. And its economically stupid to take someone to court for the last payment if they agree to a tos saying '30 day notice' if you dont have the money to do that.

Shouldnt resellers have more leeway in this matter? If I have a server customer quit on me then im shafted for the next month.
