After installing the latest patches and upgrades from Sun Cobalt's downloads, I receive an error everytime I tried to add a new site. I fact, I'm receiving errors when I try to modify a site or remove a site.

Wheb I try to add a new site it errors out with the following message in the adm_error log:

However, the directory structures are created even though it errors out but the sites will not show up in the Site Admin page.

Check mailing-list before applying patches, and be on the lookout for either an update to fix, or remove the last 'fix' you applied. I'm not certain it will fix the 'fix' but worth a shot and you can readd it if nothing happens.
