Hello,

I'd like to personally warn everyone of Sharad Agrawal. This user replied to my thread, about my needing $50 for car payments. We both agreed on work that would be done, i came through with the first part of it. He then sent $70 to my paypal, for that peice of work alone. He then messaged me about 50 times, literaly, the next morning.. Which is fine. I finally got back to the PC, Not only to see that he bashed me for what i had done that night, but for not being online "on time".

So around 5:00 pm comes, and he files for a paypal Investigation for $70 - Claiming i didnt come through, and did no work at all. Paypal later closed this investigation request because of its irrelevant nature. He then said he wanted $20 back, because I didnt complete the other half of the work, so i came through (yet again) and sent his money back. He THEN tells me he doesnt want my services anymore, and feels he should get the entire $50 back.. So i warned him about his using my HTML Coding on any of his websites. So that was fine.. I leave the PC for 10 minutes, to get away from this guy for a bit.. And he starts calling my an "ugly ****" and that my gf is ugly, and that he should have never gotten involved with me. So i blocked him right there.

Now hes telling me that he has found another person to do his work.

This kid is not only unprofessional, but he is a compulsive lier. I'd advise anyone that needs $, to not get involved with him on, at all.

if I may reply, I am Sharad Agrawal and I have done business with MANY people from WHT in just 4 motnhs that I have been here, I wish I had deadaim to show u all what really happened, but I dont, he does have it but wishes not to show it, which is his own option and choice. None of the people I do business with have any complaints, as for dissing his girlfriend, I am not going to deny I didnt say any of that, I did say it and I apolgize to him and the WHT community. I of course have my own side to this story but do not wish to destroy his name as he does mine, thank you.

You are very unprofessional. I really wish i hadnt gotten involved with you.

fair enough, everyone has their opinions, but u went against ANY privacy policies by mentioning my real name, you could have posted my username. Thank you.

Either way, I have to side with Hiphopflows on this one. Given the evidence presented, it's hard to take someone seriously who would behave this way, especially disrespecting someone girlfriend. Get some help.

I havent posted the conversations because you said it would be an invasion of privacy. I am only going against your wishes here, pal.

Ok 2 things, hiphopflows first the naming point is a good one, it would have been better to have used a user name.

I am at this moment with hiphopflows, the dissing of the girlfriend is just too much and thats why hiphopflows has my support.

That said, if dealstrike authorises the release of the transcript then i see no privacy issues, and that would clear this all up in no time

Also, my using his name was a good thing on my part. The reason is, this kid could sign out of his current wht account, and totally remake another. Which wouldnt be cool, only because he would still be ripping people off!

ok, then what we have here is a classic case of he said she said, your word against his.
He has done himeself no favors by insulting your girlfriend which is outrageous and also not getting his times correct in reference to his time on wht, that is more a stain on his character as opposed to who is telling the truth.
He does though seem very happy for you to post the msn convo, and that leads me to believe that there is more than one side to this.

He clearly has no objections to you posting the convo.

However you do appear reluctant to post the messages anyway and he himself has already admitted to nasty comments so i doubt that we will ever get to the bottom of this

Nope you are right it is not up to me to solve this, but you started the thread here not me, you made the accusations not me, and if you come on here and make accusations you have to expect that we ask for some backup, not just hearsay.
Like i said he has done himself no favors at all on here, but he admitted that he insulted your girlfriend, at least he shows some honesty and he does clearly want us all to see the messages and thats why i think there are 2 sides to this.

As for dissing his girlfriend, I was very angry at the moment, when I give a job to do and he comes back online 8 hours later (than the scheduled 4 hours) semi drunk (you will see if he posts the conversation, he says it himself), I was up till 4am EST waiting, when he was supposed to have had it 4 hours earlier, yet I said at the end of our conversation he could keep the $50 even though the work isnt 100% done, which is all said in the conversation, u will know why I was so angry

but that is no excuse, I deeply regret saying anything about your girlfriend, I am truly, very sorry

Hiphopflows With regards to the girlfriend issue he has publicly apologised directly to you, i am not to sure what else he can do on that.

Your initial post was a warning about dealstrike etc, and on that specifically there now does appear to be 2 sides, he has given clear permission here publicly for you to reproduce the messages and from what he has said i can now see why there is some reluctance on your part, i dont belive you have anything to be afraid of legally either as permission has been granted, as they say the ball is in your court now hiphopflows.

I dont see why someone would come on WHT asking for $50 in the first place,i mean dont you have friends,family members,parents that you can borrow the money from ? I mean as far as that goes you could of went and got a payday loan or pawn'ed something if you was that hard for cash.

Im not siding with anyone. Hiphopflows, you cant come out and warn people about someone, when your not showing all of the evidence and facts. Seems like your hiding something.

Plus, he can't switch it around and get you charged for invasion of privacy, since he asked you to do it.

Personally, I don't think your scared of him, I think your scared your whole Warning post might be crushed if we seen the full convo.

I am actually glad things didn't work out with this guy, I found a new guy who did an INCREDIBLE job for me, for $90, but its amazing, will post it once its completed.

From my observations:

Firstly anyone has a right to complain about the service or product provided and even cancel the contract if the contractual obligations are not met.

Secondly if either of the parites is using this forum to settle the issue then all the facts needs to be produced.

I spend a lot of time in the courts with some personal case of mine. In cross examinations the trick is not only to arrive at the facts but also to nail the witness for perjury without getting at the facts. That alone is sufficient to throw the case out.


For example I will ask : How did Mr Agarwal know you have a girlfriend ?

Maybe the question is not so relevant but it is obvious all the facts are not revealed . Again some parts of the conversation held in the messenger are posted here but what about the rest of the conversation?

In a hearing it is not the purpose of the court to find fault with either of the disputing parties but to arrive at the truth based on the facts of the case.

Gotta wonder why hiphopflows now ignores the thread HE started.

It is more and more obvious that he now knows his thread has been crushed, unless he can show otherwise.

I think Colonel Seymore Butts did it, in the library with the candlestick :D

Im much with hiphopflows on this one. I am his web design partner, and he has showed me the IM's himself. I am not looking to get in the middle here, but the warning of this sharad kid was serious, he didnt post this thread to get his business screwed up or whatever you people think.

Jordi ever heard the saying skating on thin ice, read the whole post and do a search on the name hiphopflows, you will see.
