Where can I find information on becoming a domain registrar? I can't find anything on Internic.

You have to go through ICANN and its a long process and you have to have some kind of a 100,000.00 bond so if you dont have 100,000.00 sitting around in a bank acct dont even think about it.

There is huge investment and approval from ICANN is required if you want to be domain registrar. (opensrs.org and networksolutions.com and bulkregsiter.com are example or domain registrars).

but if you want to sell domain name to other peoples like 123domains.com do you should become RSP.

goto opensrs.org they have good RSP program $10 domain and fully automatic system another one is bulkregister.com and dotregister.com $8 (i don't remember name correctly)
