which billing service will hold your money like PayPal and only withdraw when you request it? (hopefully supported by MB). I've just started and I'm currently with PaySystems and they send a cheque every month regardless if I've only earned $3.

for each cheque I have to spend around $10 exchanging to my local currency, so I don't feel like receive cheques of $3 every month where each cheque becomes non-cashable in 6 months.

Paysystems will add a feature to your account, by request, where by, you can specify the minimum amount a check will be.

Send in a ticket and they will do this for you :D
