I am looking for a template design, html, and all the coding needed for the site. Maybe a main page and some sub pages. My current developers code too imagey so I am looking to out scource some new work about 3 sites in total this will be the first one I need.

If you could paste links to your premade templates here for me to sort though and also you price.

Ok well people didnt read my post, I gave examples none of the templates posted are the simple sort of design in the examples i posted.

However this Victor chap is on to the right idea.

I am looking for somthing along the lines of the site posted with not too many images.

ieinternet.com somthing along these lines.

Let me know if you have anything else guys that may suit my needs.
