Hello,
I am looking for a customer support job. I have been using the internet (starting with the global IRC network, then expanding) for 7 years now. I am continuously developing my skills. I can do support via Help Desk, Live Chat, e-mail , IM's (AIM, Y!, MSN, ICQ), mIRC and forums. I am currently working with (edited because the company name had been replaced by asterisks); you can obtain my references and full resume by PM'ing me.
I also have 3 years of HTML experience, and one of PHP and MySQL. In my opinion, I am familiar with many of the ins and outs of the web-hosting business, as my first contact with this industry was made in sept. 2001, and since then i have tried to learn something new every day; I am currently hosted by 5 companies.
I am proficient in working with CPanel/WHM, Ensim, Plesk. I am extremely familiar with the Windows OS, and I have 2 years experience in Linux (Redhat 6.2 - 9.0). I am a quick learner, and I am willing to further expand my knowledge and skills. I am also very communicative, friendly and hard - working, and I consider it a pleasure to help the customers.
As for my schedule, I can alter my program according to your needs/demands. I am willing to work more than 12 hours/day. My time zone is GMT +2, but as I mentioned above, I can easily modify my schedule in order to suit your needs.
The minimum payment I would like to be offered is 2$/hour.
For further details, please contact me by PM or at immortal[at]ady[dot]us.
Thank you for your time.
Respectfully yours, Adrian.

Many thanks to those interested. I received plenty of e-mails and PM's, and i gotta thank everyone for this.
However, i'm still accepting any offer requiring a monday-friday work. So i can say it's still 50% available ;)
Best regards.
