Aside from power and bandwidth, are there any other things that come w/ this pricing?

Do you have people/staff onsite? As remote hands would be nice, along w/ reboots, etc.

Also, who is the bandwidth from? (At that pricing, I'm guessing it is a Tier 1 provider?)

All server co-locations include the following (From the Data Center, 24/7 Staff):

Conditioned and battery-backed power
As much IP Address space as needed
Backup Mail Services
Primary and/or Secondary DNS Services
First Level of Support, including:
Rebooting
Power Cycling
Checking Connections
Reading Output (Monitor, Printer)

Now if you need any other tech help, I will be able to go to the Center to work out any problems for a nominal fee.
