EXCELLENT perl/cgi programmer needed immediately.
A recode perlBill is the job that needs done. Serious inquirys only.
The job entails:

Recode of billing system
++++++++++++++++++++++++
1. Existing authorize.net section needs rebuild.
a. Failed invoices need line added to the admin of the reason that they failed.
b. Possible Domain name additional field passed in to Authorize.net for authoeize.net receipts to customer
2. PayPal and 2checkout need integration and callbacks need to update pending invoices to paid status.
Existing pending 2checkout and Paypal invoices marked as pending are added to a queue geared for authorize.net when they should be a seperate module.
Paypal needs subscriptions set up on the fly, with callbacks updating the database every time the subscription cycles.
3. Automatic Forum logins.
4. Some plans come with a free domain name. These plans need validation. If a customer requests a free domain, let them continue the transaction, then auto reply that their plan doesn't
come with a domain. This needs a delay of 10 minutes if possible, and also an editable text file with variables for {domain ordered} {plan ordered} {first name}
5. Domain registration done from the admin section for approved domain names. API documents will be included.
Existing user area needs are for DNS updtaes added that will talk to the same API
6. Automatic email reminders of domains that will be expiring on 30, 15 and 0 days till expiration. Copy to admin and end-users email on file, Script validates the end user email address and
notifys admin of any bounce of attempt to notify end user.
7. Customer login area needs place for customer to update their credit card information to their accounts.
8. Existing affiliate system needs a web based signup form for would-be affiliates.
9. Existing reminder system sends only one reminder of overdue/failed invoices. It needs to send indefinate reminders until the invoice is marked as paid
10. Server name needs added to the account that the domain has been assigned to.
11. Active server module needs recoded so upun approval the admin can specify the server to add the domain to.
