Needed = A COMPLETE unique web based chat program.

Will include databases, administration needs, user needs, registration abilities, more details provided later.

Must be well versed in web based cross browser avatar chats with database information.

Highly motivated individuals who take initiative and have a what-ever-it-takes attitude towards getting the job done. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently is a must.

Do you have a specification document on all the functionality desired? Requirements sound pretty general to issue a bid against.

Also, you mention some skills desired, but what is the targeted platform? VB is for windows and ususally doesnt lend itself to web development unless you are looking to embed Active X components, which wont do much for a wide array of browsers.

I'm intersted, but need many more specifics.

I believe he was saying that you should tell THEM whatyou have experience in. Yes, I agree the requirements are vague.

I'd tackle this if I knew a bit more about it.
