I can't access it either!!!

I got through (slowly) on a server I have on their network (pos)

This is what their network status page says:

While none of our web servers have been infected with Code Red, the worm continues to scan our 100,000+ IPs addresses for vulnerable servers. While this is going on servers are being bombarded with port 80 requests by the worm in an attempt to penetrate the server. This is causing the CPU loads to skyrocket and legitimate http requests to go unanswered. We have every admin working on blocking the offended IP addresses which now number over 150,000 attacking machines. While we anticipate this to last throughout the night, we will keep everyone informed should things change. To watch the Code Red attacks and infection, please visit http://www.caida.org/dynamic/analysis/security/code-red/index.html

It also says this:

8/6/2001 9:21:00 PM Mail Queued - NO EMAIL LOST ON ANY SERVER Open

8/6/2001 8:06:00 PM Blocking Traffic. Open

8/6/2001 6:51:00 PM Updating Server Security Open

8/6/2001 6:20:00 PM Upgrading All Shared Servers Open

THEY'RE BLOCKING TRAFFIC TO THEIR NETWORK ON PURPOSE! :uhh:

May be... but the Code Red II is a serious pain in the *** and is not isolated to *****, so spare us the rest, if this is only the beginning in your mind.

I know of one unfortunate who moved his entire 50-odd company domains to a ***** Standard Reseller account.

For about four days, he hasn't been able to even run formmail.pl w/o a 500 error.

Are they really cramming that many domains onto one server that even simple cgi can't run?

I do know that their support site and 'customer care' pages where 500 on any cgi app over the weekend.

I agree: This "company" just plain SUCKS! Their "CEO" is completely incompetent and NEVER replies to emails...Their "techs" are biased and don't even know what an IP address is...and...you get the point...

:uzi: AVOID C I "HOST" AT ALL COSTS!

BTW-STILL DOWN! I'm sure their 99.9% "guaranteed uptime" policy is faring well...

This is just sad...a company like ***** (nevermind..WHAT AM I THINKING!?!) is down!! (go figure)

they need to change their slogan "100,000 minutes of downtime and counting!"

Their site seems to be ok from here. Maybe one of their "T3" peering is down .. or they didn't pay their bill .. hehehe.. :) :)
who knows ..

But it's pretty sure that one of their peering link is dead.
