If you have Paypal Transaction Id, you can always contact Namecheap... this happens sometimes, there is nothing to worry about.

Always try to contact the companies directly first. You don't have to worry about namecheap, they'll fix it.

If it is such a time critical matter, then you might try calling them. They are in Inglewood, California and whois reports their phone number as 1 (661) 310-2107 . Just a thought...

Same thing happened to me once. After transfering the amount didnt figure in NameCheap. But when I tried to register a domain after a while it showed up and I successfuly completed the transaction.

Calm down, WCHost! Few companies or even individuals would run away for as little as $17.76. Give them 24 or even 48 hours, that will save you some long distance call. Good luck.

NameCheap has an excellent reputation in this industry and I've never known them to be anything but honest. I'm sure it's just a technical glitch that they will be glad to fix for you. Be patient with their support. It may take 24 hours to get your reply, but it's a heck of a lot quicker than you'll get from Godaddy or Dotster.

Hello WChost,
If one of our techs has not responded to you already please email me the details to rick@namecheap.com . I am actually out of the country on some business but will deal with this and find out why no one has responded to your email(if that is the case). Please also forward me the original email as well as any paypal reciept you might have. Don't worry, this will be resolved asap.
