People beware:

Member of this forum "bagfull" ( his site: http://www.bagfull.net and/or http://www.bagfullsolutions.com) sold $6.95 enom reseller account to me about three weeks ago.
He assured me that $6.95 price will not change, or he will refund my money.

Guess what, few days into my new account ownership the price went $9.00. Then I received strange email from "bagfull" saying that I better move all my domains from that account elsewhere.
Then I got this email :

this concerns the enom domain registration account : *****

We are main resellers of enom and the above mentioned account has been given
to Mr Sayeed Sahil of bigsteponline

the person Mr. Syeed Sahil of Bigstep online who has sold you this enom
account has done so in an unauthorized manner without our consent

This account was given exclusively for his use only and was not to be used
for credit card based deposits without our explicit permission.

He has completely misused the same and has violated all the terms

It is our duty to inform you that the said account will be terminated tonite
unless we receive your email concerning the above details.

Please do reply at the earliest

I contacted Enom.com. They confirmed it.

To make a long story short, "bagfull" refuses to return my money unless I give him the password to the account FIRST.

"I am an honest person, he says, you have to trust me on this."

Do you think I (or anybody for that matter) can trust this guy?

Would you ever have business with person like him?

Hello all!

1) I sold an enom account $250 to Maker
2) I assured him that he will get the refund if there is any problem
3) After few days there was a problem and I told him that the price will be increased by the ETP
4) I offered him a refund.
5) I gave him another $7.95 account to push the domains till the time I arrange for the refund money.
6) He asked me to forget about the refund and make a site for him www.Ladiesman.com
7) I started to work on his site.
8) Suddenly he backed off and again asked me for the refund and said he has found some other designer.
9) I again stood on my words and told him he will get the refund in few days.
10) He asked me to refund by Aug 12th, 2003

I am still ready to refund but he is not willing to give me back my accounts. If I was not honest in my deal, please tell me:

1) Who intimated of some problem with ETP?
2) Who gave you free ($7.95) account?
3) Who worked on your site and gave you 5 samples to approve?
4) Who backed out of designing deal?
5) If you do not like my product then I am ready for refund. BUT I DO NEED IT BACK.
6) I tried to be honest at every step. And I am still honest. I am ready to pay you back, but I need my accounts back.

I have full MSN chat saved with me as a proof.

You gave me 2 poor cookie-cutter samples you saved from internet.

4) Who backed out of designing deal?
After having found out about your dishonesty, I did a right thing. Besides you told me I can get out of it if I don't like your design.

You have a problem with honesty. Too bad.
But people have to be warned about you.

If you feel posting on this forum can be of any help to you then OK. I am still ready for the refund and still stand by my words, you involve any moderator, give him the passwords, if everything is Ok then I will send you the money back.

But for what fault of mine I am being given this treatment?

BTW, if you think I am trying to get my money back this way, you are mistaken. I don't expect a person like you to honor the deal.

I sold you a product with a guarantee that I will refund if it is not good. The product went bad. I stand by my words to refund. I not even once said that I will not refund. "TAKE REFUND" is a word that I am saying from the first day the things went wrong.

Now where am I dishonest? After reading your threatening mails also I am polite with you. You posted here then also I say "Take REFUND"

But I cannot trust you now. I won't give the money till I get the passwords of both accounts.

I think we all have more than enough information.

One wants to give a refund. One doesn't want a refund. Seems like nothing to do but move on.
