ICANN makes all the rules for domains right?

Is there any organisation that work for the domainowners rights?

If so whats they called?

No, seriously, what's the problem? Advice is free and there is a good chance that someone here has had the same problem.

What's the specific problem you're having? Maybe someone knows who you'll need to go to?

If you have a dispute with someone over a domain name, then you have the UDRP process that you can use (albeit a bit expensive). If you have a dispute with a registrar then you can file a complaint against them on the ICANN.org website (for what it's worth).

ICANN is a bureaucracy that was put together to administer the internet DNS system. Formed, designed and staffed by bureaucrats. You can tell from their website and their various decisions that they believe that they are "above" the problems of the "common people."

You are not being very clear or forthcoming about your problem and I don't understand why you think ICANN is the solution.

You may want to ask a more specific question instead, esp. when your thread title reads "Need urgent help". Sorry to say that, but looking for an organization that represents the constituency of registrants doesn't seem to be particularly urgent.

Actually there is a nonprofit organization that handles cases for those that can't afford it but I can't find the link. If I locate I'll post.

I believe what you're looking for is ICANN At-Large Committee. It's the group of domain name owners that represent domain owners as a whole withing ICANN

http://www.atlargestudy.org/

You can also represent yourself. Just go to
http://forum.icann.org/

The At-Large Membership Study Committee (ALSC) was recently formed to forge a consensus on the best method for representing the world's Internet users as individuals ("At-Large Members") within ICANN. As a non-profit corporation that coordinates technical aspects of the Internet, ICANN is committed to creating the best mechanism possible for the general Internet community to provide input. (See www.icann.org for more information.) ICANN's Board chartered the ALSC to help them achieve this goal.

But what's the urgency? Did you not get a domain name you tried to register? This has been happening a lot lately.
