a) uptime/downtime: Some occasional downtime, a lot less then before when they were at their old NOC (Sean, no more arguments plz? I have downtime and now I don't)

b) speed of servers during heavy traffic times: Don't really know as I have a light load site and recieve light traffic, but servers have a nice load. I can top at other times if you would like me to

c) response time experience: no more then a few hours. They are usually on AIM, respond to emails in as little as 15 minutes (no more then a few hours) even on the weekend!

d) control panel features: standard cpanel w/ cgi scripts and webmail

e) customer service experience: great, amazing, fast, helpful, kind customer service/support people.

f) other account features: great support, great price.

I am almost convinced Aletia is the host I'll go with! I love what they offer, and for the price - it can't be beat. But I'm still trying to figure out how they can offer so much for so little.

It's all averages. For instance I got a special for $16 for 500 mb and 20 some gigs transfer. I have never used more then 2 gigs and assuming $2/gig, they have $12 for service, salaries, etc. and to pay for those who use what they have.
