Outgoing email works fine and incoming doesn't work.

I am running redhat 7.3, cpanel . Only one domain having this problem.

I have run /scripts/mailperm and looked at /etc/locadomains.

/etc/valiases/ have this domain.

I am not sure where is the problem. Any hint would be appreciated/

Try with command:

/scripts/restartsrv cppop

or

/scripts/restartsrv exim

Is your MX record OK in your DNS?
