I have reseller account, and use WHM 7.2.0. Unfortunately, I did a great mistake, I delete an wrong account (in fact I need to delete another one). Some one can tell me if I have a chance to undelete it, to get it back? Which is correct way for me to do now?

THere is no undo function in cpanel. Recreate the account. If u have a back up, u may or may not be able to restore it, I'm not sure.

Under Backups, use the restore backups link. You can choose the account to restore. That's if you have backups enabled. It's the quickest way.

I do backups in WHM ?

You can only get access to backups if you have root access on the server.

If you are a reseller, please ask your host to restore the account for you.

Best thing to do now is, sit and relax and let your host take care of it for you.

In future, try suspending the account instead of deleting. Delete only after you are sure.

In fact I created a new account, when I listed the accounts, it was of wrong disk space (I did not know why, and for many time I met it). I had to delete it and created it again, it's wrong again. After two wrong disk space, I deleted a wrong account.

The worst thing was my host told me he did not have a backup of the account. My god. I cannot believe a host has not backup. I think I have lost a lot, not just an account...

Recreate the account and hope your customer has a backup.

I have did it, and I'll host his site at least 3 monthes for free, I have told him about it.
