There's a link if you have forgotten your password and there is a process in place to retrieve/reset it.

They can spam me with their stupid advertising, but they cant send me the password for my account to the same email.

Ok, I think i said pretty clear that i have no CLUE what my login is.

Then create a new one.

Then transfer from your old account, how? with the domain name.

Losing your password and login name is not GoDaddy's fault. I believe they are just protecting your domain names and their reputation. If they were to freely give access to anyone to lay claims to the domain names, it would be chaos because at which time, it would be easy to hijack and mess up sites.

Explain to them and if they need proof of identity, do send it to them.

godaddy's been good to me : ) advertising you dont have to look at, login pass i got to choose so i remembered it, but that wild west domains stuff is crap their reseller blows

I had the same problem... I tryed the reset pass and userid ... no go ..

Finally I called them ... it was a simple matter of providing credit card and home address info ..

2 minutes later I re-registered the account.

Yup.. exact same thing happened to me, called, in, gave last few digits of CC, and they send password & account id to your e-mail.
