You have the option to use Servermatrix Name Server or install it on your own. I guess if they do an IP whois, it should show Servermatrix as owner.

As a reseller, you could offer either lower prices or valued added support which is normally not found with the server matrix packages.

Well, the datacenter would usually 'own' the block of IP addresses and there is nothing to hide that.

Like I say, if you can provide additional value added services or lower prices, you would still be able to retain customers. The servers are offered unconfigured so if you can configure and set up the server for your clients to working condition, I don't see why they would not get it from you.

If it is wholesale resell then you have to work on pricing. True, if the reseller and the web host offers the same prices, I would go to the web host directly.

Personally, I rather work directly with the actual provider if the reseller's position is to just relay tech support queries to and from the provider. What if the reseller disappear ? I rather work with the least layer if there are no added benefit for the middle layer.
