Did they upgraded the bandwidth for all existing customers to 175GB? How come I still see 150GB when I enter the 'bandwidth monitor' section on my member's page?

-------------------------
Total Out Total In
14.19 Gb 0.50 Gb
Your Monthly Bandwidth Quota is: 150 Gb
You have used 9.33% of your allowed Bandwidth
-------------------------

The total out and total In bandwidth above are not correct. In the report generated by webalizer, the bandwidth for August is 32GB(from August 1 ~ now). I believe that the number reported by webalizer is correct.

I asked Rackshack support about this, and they said they were having problems which resulted in their bandwidth monitoring system resetting to 150 GB. They said they are working on it though. They've been working on it for weeks now. We'll see.....

Just a small note. Before I moved to Rackshack, I noticed with my other provider that Webalizer and the provider's readings were not the same. Cobalt released a minor fix for the webalizer, but it didn't do too much different. My advice is that if your webalizer says 32GB and Rackshack says 19, that's good. That means that you are getting more bandwidth then you are supposed :). On the other hand, if your webalizer says 19 and they say 32, get upset and go crazy :).
