Right, umm... im not very good at writing reviews, but here goes anyway!!
Ive been with pcp for about 6 months and since day 1 the support has been fantastic. After just a few e-mails and posts in the forum any problem you may have will be sorted!! Personally, i think the support by PCP is the best i have encountered.
(how do you do new paragraphs!!) :p
Anyway, the speed and reliability of the servers were unfortunately unstable in the first few months of my hosting and several system failures occurred leaving my site down and also wiped. Luckily Tommy keeps recent backups! Not long ago he moved to a new server and the speed and reliability of this was simply amazing. I dont recall any downtime since the change was made apart from maybe upgrading. One thing Tommy said was that whenever one server cops out, he'll move onto a bigger and better server!
The value of the service is unmatchable. For only $10 a year, a user is entitled to:
200 MB Disk Space
5 GB Monthly Transfer
Subdomain
No ADS
FTP Access
MySQL Database
FrontPage Extensions
PHP
Perl
CGI
Custom error pages
Catch all email address
SSI
... which id be surprised to see someone else match!! Other than this option he also offers a variety of other services including domain hosting and reseller hosting, alhough i dont know how good these are as i havent tried them!
Anyway, overall id rate this host 9.5/10
The reason i left was due to the fact that i did not have enough money to upgrade to the domain hosting package.
