Firstly make sure that your ISP will allow you to run a site from your connection, as many don't ;)

In addition to zoneedit, check out www.dslwebserver.com

Most isp's won't notice it if it's "small"

I've used ZoneEdit... my first impressions weren't that great from their webpage layout, etc. After I got used to it and tried their service, I was very much satisfied.

You can log in securely, and all pages load quickly. The settings are displayed so they can be edited quickly, and will even prompt you to change password every ## weeks or so. Support is always quick, within 24 hours and I haven't gotten a canned message unlike many other companies.

I would recommend ZoneEdit.com as well. :)

(edit) - Oops, I missed the dynamic part of your post. ZoneEdit doesn't offer dynamic assignment. You can probably set up a CNAME through dyndns.com or something... but then again - you might as well just use dyndns in this case! ;)
