I am looking for a Web Designer to make a small site for a new Reseller only Hosting Company. I would also like 3 to 5 simple web templates created to be available to clients that wish them.

I would like to keep the cost around $250 total for both projects. I have no problems paying more for really great work! :D

I am willing to pay 1/3 upfront and the rest on completion.
