I know, I'm being really quick about posting a review at WHT so far. However, I have to, Dave from VerseHost.Com has been totally helpful in my week that I've had a server.

First issue, bind wasn't starting up. So, he logged into the server, within a minute, Bind was all good. He showed me what the problem was, how to fix, why it occured and so on. Plus he taught me a few new commands, and tricks.

Then, today, as I'm switching my DNS over to this new server, I wanted a bit of assurance that I was doing everything right. Dave logged in and noticed one small problem with how my resolve settings were. Fixed those and everything is good.

But how is it that when you click on the link to see info about the datacenter it does only display a blank page??

What connectivity do they have? What upstream capacity? Which datacenter do they use? Do they colocate or operate their own datacenter?

It would also be nice if you could send me a test IP :)

To answer your questions, the connectivity is direct to NAC and also some backup FASTNET connectivity. The datacenter is owned by NAC and we lease cabinets+bandwidth.
