Yes, that's right, we are currently in need of a great web designer who has experience designing captivating banners and ads, and also has some relevant experience in commercially driven templates and sites--that is, sites which deal in the art of selling web services. Basic flash competencies may also be a valuable asset.
We're about to launch an innovative new service shortly, and to help propel the site, we want to create a memorable brand. We need one individual to handle everything graphics related for the site over the next several months out.
Payment can be hosting, domains, cash, revshare, or whatever you like. What we want most, however, is a mutually beneficial long term partnership. This position would also serve as great resume experience as we are a registered Corporation, and you can take on the role of lead developer for our company.
