TMT Designs is looking to expand into the market, and as a result of this we are looking for new staff members to form a large team.

If you apply to join our team, then you must aggree with the following terms and conditions;

All work you carry out must be done under the company names of TMT Designs
No "other" freelancing work can be carried out
you must operate under TMT Designs, usuing your @tmtdesigns.co.uk e-mail address
You do not have to submit your current work to our portfolio if you do not wish too, but all other work will be added to the portfolio
10% of every sale must be donated to the company to help pay for advertising, hosting and domain
The staff member should also look for their own work, as well as the company finding them work.


People do not like the idea of these terms and conditions, but in order to create a good, well co-ordinated and tight design and development group I think this is only fair.

10% is not a lot to ask, e.g a job @ $50 means the developer/designer/programmer gets $45 and the company the additional $5.
