View Full Version : Never Go For Iexpresshost!!
platen44 08-09-2003, 11:40 AM i have this problem - i paid for a no-existing service. its been more than 72 hours since i paid for the hosting service - and i didnt recieve any sign of life from the company.
this is to the company itself now - i kindly ask you to refund all my money paid to you three days ago.
NEVER GO FOR IEXPRESSHOST.
desperate,
les
Artashes 08-09-2003, 11:47 AM Les, if you paid by your credit card, I highly recommend you to call them and ask for a chargeback a.s.a.p.
Good luck,
If not...i just hope you went for a month to month contract...otherwise...
But of course, they should have 30 Days Money Back Guarantee, don't they?
Next time, do your work and read through the FAQ's and rules posted here - you might get a GOOD deal ;)

axishost 08-09-2003, 12:03 PM Just wondering...
how much money are we talkin here?
platen44 08-09-2003, 12:27 PM not much, just 50$. but still...
Coach 08-09-2003, 12:29 PM That was a yearly plan. I know you save money by paying yearly in the long run, but always do business with a company first to see how they are before going into a long term contract with them. It saves time and headaches down the road. :)
They do have a phone number listed in their whois, but it's out of Singapore.

Yea that is not the point i know.
"fly by night" companies are giving the real Hosting Companies a bad rep.
I think it is time to buy em all out!
hehe

Curtis H. 08-09-2003, 12:38 PM Hey, they "won" the Golden Web Awards. They must be good.
Some things I loved on www.iexpresshost.com
(They don't even trust their own email?)
If your server is down or in emergency situations, how would i contact you?
Please send an e-mail to iexpresshost@yahoo.com if there is any emergency situation.
(Fact or fiction?)
How can IexpressHost offer such good value?
IexpressHost is a true Web Hosting Provider and not merely a reseller. We operate our own servers, over which we have full control and have a team of system administrators 24/7. We continue to force the market to lower prices, by not having artificial extra charges, costly overheads and unneeded bells and whistles.

platen44 08-09-2003, 02:04 PM just sent you another one.
thanks, les
Coach 08-09-2003, 02:08 PM platen44, as I mentioned before be wary before going into another yearly deal, especially when you don't know much about a particular host.
axishost shouldn't be solicting clients in this forum anyway since it is not an advertising forum. Won't be doing it from now on anyway.
