Why does revecom.com take up to 24 hrs to do fraud checks etc on new transactions? I'm just wondering if this will ever be done quicker with companies like revecom.com?
I can be looking at my screen seeing new customers signed up listed in pending transactions section and just have to wait until it get's 'captured' processed :(

I always just set up acconts right away. If the processing gets terminated I just place the account on hold and contact the person the signed up. 95% of the time revecom are correct with their fraud screening and the person doesn't try another order. On the odd ocasion the person contacts me to sign up again.
They stated a week or so ago that they are doing real time fraud screening now, and it is more of a formality that the transactions stay up for a day or so. They still like to check it over by hand just to make sure it is good.

I always set them up too... Only one client has had processing terminated before, I always know it's that *person* because s/he uses the same email address each time. Other then that, everything has been great.

hmmm.. people like me, cant setup accounts.. we have to wait... which sucks :( sometimes it takes longer.. and there are times when it gets authorized in under 10mins of the order placement...
from what ive heard, they manually verify the info...

Yup, they like to do so especially for orders originating from outside the United States. My customers actually tell me somebody calls them up to verify the transactions. :)
