I have been looking for a new webhost and someone refered me to HostRocket.com which from the looks of it seems to offer alot and he has had very little to complain about. However I have seen some other peoples point of views of the host and am not sure if I want to spend the money to be hosted there.

Which brings up my main point , I saw some refrences to Webstrikesolutions.com and went to checkout what they have to offer. It looks good but what I am curious about is how can they afford to give you 12 months free and not use banners or make you sign a contract saying that you have to stick with them for a specified amount of time?? I mean they are practicaly giving you everything for free and if you just want to host for a year all you have to do is pay a $30 setup fee (which in my opinion is very reasonable compared to what you would pay else where for the same thing) and you get a free year of service.

This sounds to good to be true, and I was wondering if anyone had anymore info on them to share with me?? If anyone here hasa site there and could tell me how many times the servers have been down , or any other problems hosting a site there.


I know I could probably get a spot on a more relaible host for good money , but untill I get a new job I have no money to spend, My other site was paid of for the year. Any info on this host would be much appreciated.

I have a site with them and it seems they are not very bad. I have heared that there have been a server crash matter them (without a backup) but I have not seen any problem with my own site.

The only negative point is that they do not provide smtp server.

They provide a powerful controlpanel and jsp too.

By the way they will bill you about $70 for second year if you choose to stay with them for one more year.
