I have $ 100 to blow a month on a good isp i need it to be 1 mbps(hoping for more right now i have a 750k road runner cable line and im happy with it i just need a better connection for gaming because road runner disconnects me too often when im just downloading too many files or somthing lol)

I use charter, its pretty good. The 1.5 mbps package gets about 1.2 mbps on a speed test. I don't know if its available in your area, though.
