Hello, my ISP has registered a Domain with my Name, but the problem is that i can't modify the DNS or Either create one's. So i have a Question, can i transfer my Domain if i got registered today? :D I want to transfer it to NameCheap or GoDaddy because are Risk Free;)

if the domain has your email address listed as the owner you can transfer after 60 days
