How do you fine tune RedHat 7.1 and Apache for maximum performance?

Check out apaches web site at http://www.apache.org. There is a lot of information on performance tuning. If you run a lot of perl cgi, check out mod_perl.

Performance tuning is sort of like an art, do searches, read, etc, there is a LOT of information out there.
