One of my clients suggested that most hosts keep a spammers deny list and update it daily for a database. Could anybody tell me how I can do the same for my server.

Check out the realtime blackhole list at http://mail-abuse.org/rbl/ -- If you've got a (fairly) recent version of sendmail, you can actually configure it to deny mail coming in based on the RBL!
