Well i have had some great answers here so far so here goes another.....


I have a customer that neds to have his MX record point to another server... How do I do this?

Are you doing DNS on your own machine? If yes....

1) Login to your Admin panel
2) Click on "Control Panel"
3) Click on "Parameters" next to DNS Server
4) See the drop down box, find the domain name you need to
change MX records for, and select it.
5) Wait until the screens loads, click the pencil icon next to the MX record (should say "mail is sent to the High priority mail server" in the middle)
6) The "Mail Server Name" is what you'll need to change.
7) Click Update List
8) Click Save Changes to DNS Server
9) Click Save Changes TWICE

You're done!
