We use Z3 presently, and we are THRILLED with them. We went through three different hosts prior to finding them and (to say the least) it was a horrible experience. The one thing that I love about them is that they genuinely care about your business. When you have a problem, they respond quickly and thoroughly. Send me an e-mail and I'll send you a few of the e-mails they've sent me concerning questions we had (you simply have to see it to believe it).

Beyond general support, they also save you money. For example, we have set up three different billing systems in the last six months (just trying different ones out), and Z3 has installed all of three of them . . . for FREE. They don’t nickel and dime their customers and we greatly appreciate it. You won't find this among many other hosts (at least we didn't).

In short, we needed a host that could not only fix our problems but one that could also explain each problem in a way that would allow us to learn from our mistakes (we're in this business for the long haul). And, quite frankly, Z3 fulfills this need like no other host could.
