Has anyone else had problems with their hosting? Oi. I registered a domain with them, no complaints.. it was a decent price, and it was pretty fast.. and nameservers update relatively quickly.. but, I ordered 3 months hosting 2 and a half weeks ago, and still don't have it.

After my first complaint, about 3 days after signing up, I recieve a response saying they're having problems with my domain and it'll be up in one to two days, well, I give them 4 business days and email again.. No response other than the automated ticket number email. So another 3 days go by, and I email them once again. I get a response thanking me for emailing, and saying that my problem has been resolved. Uhm, no, sorry... it hasn't been. I still have no email detailing hosting login options. I call and get put on hold for half an hour and end up hanging up. I email again, and get a response with the ticket number. Another day goes by, and they respond once again with a thank you and say the most recent ticket number has been resolved.

What are these people smoking? And is it just me, or have other people complained as well? Heh, I'd given myself a two week deadline to have the site up, and 2 weeks have come and gone, and I don't even have hosting yet. Evil.

-end rant-

No, but at a certain price range it gets impossible to provide quality service to every customer.

I saw, they have quite high prices, but in the end they are a CHEAP company, as not taking care of their customers happiness..
