This is the second time in two weeks that I can't access my website OR the control panel. The first time was in the middle of the transferring of my domain name, when I couldn't even access it using the IP. During domain name transferring, is your site supposed to be inaccessable even by the IP address? If not, then thats two strikes and I'll have to look for a new host AGAIN!!!

You should always be able to access your site with the IP unless your hosts server was down.

If you have a "Dedicated" IP, you should always be able to access your site with it! :cartman:

Yep, that would indicate that either the server is down or your path to the server is flogged. You can't automatically blame it on 'server down' without checking other routes to the machine as it could be a problem from your computer to the server (inbetween somewhere).
