It is broken when we try to submit the form. Link to login page is from your "customer support" page on your website:

https://secure.mchost.com/manager/

When the form is submitted, it generates a 404 error not found.

Also, perhaps this "Secure" area is not so secure? Here is the form html tag from the login page. Notice the bold red please.

Perhaps this would be better directed at one of mchost's email addresses... WHT isn't really a vendor specific support area.

<edit> try this one here maybe: "If you are a current client with no access to our clients area, please send an email to clientarea@mchost.com"</edit>

You know as well as I do that MCHost doesn't read or respond to their email addresses.

They say to use their client area, but if I can't log in then this is where support seems to happen.

Yes it's sad, but until they are banned (or they get their forums back up) this is where people will go...

You know, we just changed mchost.com to a different box, there was about 10 minutes downtime, followed by another 10 minutes of bugs like the above to be fixed. Your email has been responded to (if you're the one that sent one, there was only 1 person) and you've sent it less than 15 minutes ago. Before posting on WHT, please next time check your email and be sure to give us a little more time.
