I've been with www.beachcomber-creations.com for nearly 9 months. I promised I would give a follow up on another thread a few months back but I couldn't find it.

Anyway, Mark has done an excellent job. All support requests are answered within 45 minutes. I will admit, I have made a mess out of a box every now and then and they managed to get it fixed every time. What provoked me to write this thread today was they just gave free Fantanstico licenses to all their client's server's.

I have had no problems with them at all. Below is a little report card for my nine months of being with them.

Support: 10/10
Network: 9/10
Uptime: 9.5/10
Billing: 10/10
Friendlyness: 10/10
Pricing: 8/10

Overall, Mark and crew have been great. If you are in need of a new server, you should seriously give 'em a try.

Just saved my a$$ once again. I pulled an all nighter last night, so I wasn't really aware of what I was doing. Went to clear out the mail queue(/var/spool/exim/input), deleted the directory but didn't chmod it correctly. I submitted a support ticket to their support email and they had it fixed within minutes. Great company!
