Hi,
I saw that Revecom has a 3 year limit on all recurring transactions, meaning that the client would have to put his/her credit card back on file after 3 years have gone by. I e-mail Revecom about this, and asked them if there was anything they could do, such as increase the limit for me. They replied saying they could'nt do that, but could renew it.
Does anyone know what they mean by "renew"? And does anyone know any information about this, such as ways to fix it without having to email each client after the 3 year period is up and asking to re-submit their credit card?
Thanks,
Ryan
