Hello there!

Wow, quite a site you got there (it loads extremely slow for me though), I loved the "Fantasy" gallery collection. Especially the pic with Natasha Henstridge.. :D

Believe me, your decision to go with HostMatix will be the one you'll love, because all their services are just outstanding. I went through 4 other companies before I stumbled upon them. Joined HostMatix ranks over a year ago and I absolutely love it. I host 3 very important to me sites there.

You know, just give them a try and you'll see for yourself. ;)

PS: At least your site will be lightning fast.

Good luck!

Yes, Eboy knows it, as well as me. They respond fast. Throughout the whole time I was with them, the longest wait for my support ticket was 23 minutes. ;) Not to mention their forum and phone support!

I'm sure you'll love it there.

Best,

I'm going to attempt to get this answered thru their customer service, but what happens if after the first year, we want to move to a different host. What is the annual registration fee for the domain?

Just ask them ;)

Anyway, I'm almost sure you won't want to move anywhere else :)

Look at the dates on the post buddy, I left before they got their dc in the US. And Im glad I did, I got a better host, who actually lets us know whats going on, ect. Been with my new host for 9 months now. And they beat hostmatix any day, any time, anywhere...I wouldn't touch hostmatix with a 10 foot pole, tied to another 10 foot pole....you couldnt pay me enuff to host with them.

What do you say? No? Artashes, Hostmatix shows up on the first page of your Unix Hosting, right under Web Hosting Solutions (USA)... How noble :D

They still passed the enforced Listing Policy requirements. Now, what is your point?

Greetings Vamp22,

Would you kindly stop replying to hostmatix related threads please? You were a valued x-customer and we dont have anything against you. We had some issues by the time you were at HostMatix.com and everything are just sorted out and I believe majority of our clients are happy with the issue.

Some issues are not 100% related to HM like what Bradmanxxxx posted.

I have personally replied to his other thread:

" Apparently you did not take any action once notifications were sent to those clients who had domains soon to expire. It seems your domain is expired and you need to renew it.

No one is on vacation and as our records indicate all the e-mails that you have sent to us has been responded, however since your e-mail on file is yourname@yourdomain.com ( your domain is already expired ) the e-mails are getting bounced. No alternative e-mail could be found on your file.

Please send an e-mail to billing@hostmatix.com, and the issue will be taken care of. ".

I have noticed that every thread gets any attention to HM, you will complaine about the time you were with us. And needless to mention that we kindly asked you to take your business else where since your site used to monopolize the resources available on our servers. I guess that gave you some hard feelings that you are trying to get some revenge. This kind of posts wont affect our business at all.

Glad you have found a great host that can host your site(s) with no problems. On behalf of HM staff and management we wish you all the bests in future and with your current hosting provider.

Thank you so much for a chance at your business. We are sorry that we were not the right host!

Bests,
Amir Golestan
