No. That is not the standard list of host I would go with.
What is your budget? $5? Pay a little more and you can get a WebHostingTalk reputable - brand name webhost.
And what were your needs? 200 mb space & 6 gig bandwidth, PHP & MySQL? You are not asking for the moon so you may be able to find a better host than the ones on your list.
