been looking around for good Control Panels
kinda like RaQ has, but better, and more powerful machines...

Now, Ensim comes pretty close, but is it worth the fee? Any other suggestions? Don't forget to post URLS...

I really like Ensim, cause the layout (NOT DESIGN) is kinda like RaQ, but then more advanced....

I have been using ensim for about 2 years since my first hosting account, and Regardless of some missing features, it is good to see a company take a product and innovate it.

I think though ensim has its problems, overall it offers cross platform scalability and can though server xchange is quite pricey it gives you complete network control,

Overall a solid product

Take a look at H-Sphere 2.0 (http://www.psoft.net/h_sphere2_info.html) from Positive Software Corporation. It is a scalable multiserver control panel. :D
