I think one of the next releases/updates of WHM/CPanel should include a 'smarter' reseller control panel.

Right now, the accounts get setup in /home like this:

/home/resold-account-1
/home/resold-account-2
/home/resold-account-3
etc.

If the accounts would be setup:
/home/reseller-name/resold-account-1
/home/reseller-name/resold-account-2
/home/reseller-name/resold-account-3
etc.

It would be much easier to set/control the disk space and bandwidth limits - since it is virtually only 1 account - and all the resold accounts are hosted in the same folder.

This would make it so much easier for the resellers that want to shell into all the users accounts. Permissions should also be given to the reseller over all of his clients shell accounts. So there isn't a need to keep on changing user.

This would a very nice, maybe needed, addition.

Same with myPhpAdmin module. Cpanel should make the proper changes in the user database so the reseller can also see all of his clients db, with full permissions.

Shell access wouldn't help much because they would still not have access to things like httpd.conf/zone files or any of the other things that really matter, unless you mean having true virtual servers with their own installs of apache etc?
